Dynamic Flow Yoga – Tuesdays 6:15–7:15pm
A mindful vinyasa flow, this class builds strength, balance and focus. You’ll be guided through dynamic flows, with options to modify or deepen your practice.
This class is more physically demanding than the Beginners class — I recommend starting with the Beginners class if you’re new to yoga.
Beginners Yoga – Tuesdays 6:15–7:15pm
Brand new to yoga? This class is the perfect place to begin. We’ll move gently, focusing on the basics: breath, posture, and awareness. Expect a calm, welcoming space to build confidence and feel good in your body.
No experience needed — just bring yourself!
Chair Yoga and meditation – Fridays 1:00–1:40pm
A low-impact, fully seated class designed for seniors or anyone with limited mobility. We use the support of a chair to gently stretch, breathe and reconnect to our bodies in a safe, nurturing way. Also includes a seated meditation.
Open to all - especially seniors or those with mobility issues.
